Virtually all projects face time pressures…to be first to market, to maximize ROI, etc. Some project scenarios are more time sensitive than others; Project Succes has supported projects that have:
- Set or inflexible deadlines – Sports-related sponsorships of major events such as the Olympic Games and FIFA World CupTM. Event dates are set, and a lack of readiness means the benefit and impact of the sponsorship investment will be affected.
- Narrow windows of opportunity – Product development that must align with a relatively short “selling season”. A delay means a full year of lost opportunity.
- Phase-in / phase-out requirements – A supplier change or production transition means curtailing one scenario while ramping-up another. A failure to execute properly can have potential contractual or legal implications, not to mention impacts to production and customer delivery.
